Introducing the Grebeksuro Parang Collection — Bold, Timeless, Ours.
Some motifs don’t just decorate — they declare. The Parang is one of those motifs.
Angular, diagonal, relentless — the Parang pattern has been worn by Javanese royalty for over four hundred years. Its name comes from pereng, meaning cliff edge. It is a motif of sharp resolve. Of controlled power. Of knowing exactly who you are.
Why Parang, Why Now
We’ve been building towards this collection since day one. The Parang is the motif that sits at the center of Grebeksuro’s DNA — bold geometry, deep cultural roots, instantly recognizable to those who know and quietly striking to those who don’t.
We wanted to design pieces that could live equally in Jakarta’s creative district and a fashion week showroom in Paris. The Parang, handled with the right proportions and color palette, does exactly that.
The Palette
The collection runs in three colorways:
- Hitam Pekat — deep black base, white Parang outline, red accent stripe
- Krem Tanah — warm off-white with dark umber motif
- Merah Waris — bold red base, gold Parang, the statement piece of the set
Each colorway reads differently — some aggressive, some refined, all unmistakably Parang.
Available Now
The full Parang collection is available in the shop. Sizes run S through XL with limited quantities per colorway. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — we don’t restock collections.
Wear it like you know what it means.
